With hosts Brian, Phillip and Victor we provide great quality Thai food in Northcote, Melbourne. What does Sukhothai mean? Sukhothai was the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Siam and was founded in 1238. The name Sukhothai means Dawn of Happiness and the citys founding ushered in a golden age of peace and prosperity.
Sukhothai was the capital of the Kingdom for approximately 140 years.
