We have completed many commercial and industrial projects, such as shopping centres, factories and government buildings. We have also been the roofing contractor for Defence Housing Authority. We restored and renovated all Defence Housing in Duntroon Military Base as well as many other military installations around the country.
The roofing materials restored included roof tiles, both cement and terracotta, as well as asbestos and metal roofing. We also won a major contract with the Delfin Property Group to restore 1000 plus ex army houses being externally refurbished as part of the process prior to sale to the public know as the Wattle Grove Development.
This was a joint venture between Defence Housing Authority and Delfin Property Group Limited.
