We are a family business, with almost 100 years combined experience in tile retailing in Brisbane! Our on staff designers choose the tiles we source and make sure that our range meets today’s fashion trends. We deliver to the Greater Brisbane area, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Delivery to other areas can be arranged for you if you insert your transport company’s address as the delivery address. Your transport company depot will need to be in one of the three areas mentioned above. You may request a date for delivery on the checkout page at the bottom in the available notes section.
We will do our best to arrange for delivery on that date, but that will depend on the number of bookings already in place for the date you select. All orders are ready for dispatch from our warehouse within 3 working days of the order and payment being processed. When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse we will email you with an estimated date of delivery. Delivery times are generally 1 - 3 working days depending on your location and prior orders.
All care is taken to ensure that all products displayed are current and in stock. If for any reason we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will let you know over the phone or contact you using the details provided by you during the checkout process. Options to amend, cancel or put your order on backorder will be given to you. If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will contact you to arrange for delivery as soon as the product is available.
