Yes we need to give you to quote my PCB Assembly Service
The minimum we need is :
1)Quantity of boards for assembly.
2)A complete Bill of Materials (BOM) with manufacturers part numbers and good description for every line item.
3)Here we need any special assembly notes or requirements such as who will supply what components,lead or lead-free etc.
4)If we are providing to supply bare PCBs,a full set of gerbers with drill data is required.
5)Any additional electronic data is helpful but not required are (Assembly drawings,PCB files i.e. Altium,Mentor Graphics,Eagle).
Yes we do provide ROHS Lead Free Assembly.
All of the services provided by Triode Group are available as lead-free.

Yes we do supply PCBs and Components.
Here we provide both full and partial turnkey services of materials.We only use authorised and reputable suppliers of components(not using grey-market parts).
