Twilight Aged Care has now been delivering aged care to the people of Sydney since 1915. Originally, our care was delivered through hostels and what were then known as nursing homes, but our delivery of care is now much more sophisticated. We have become experts in the field of aged care, dementia care, ageing in place, palliative care and respite care . If you have been referred to us by an assessment team or if you believe that you or someone you care about may need aged care, we are here to help.
Our aim is to guide you every step of the way and share our expertise with you. We can explain the Australian aged care system to you, go through the detail of fees, bonds and other complex issues and then talk you through the various care and accommodation options that may be appropriate. We have four beautiful homes across the Sydney region, offering all aspects of aged care, dementia specific care and palliative care.
We are also at the forefront of ageing in place which means that once you’ve chosen Twilight Aged Care, you won’t have to think about finding another home later on when your loved one ages or becomes increasingly frail. We are also able to offer respite care for anyone with ACAT approval for up to 63 days every financial year. We would be happy to share our experience with you and give you a tour of one of our beautiful homes.
