Sally Ely (B.Physio) Physiotherapist
Sally is a passionate physiotherapist with expertise in the areas of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Paediatric Physiotherapy. Sally is trained in Clinical Pilates and has extensive experience in private practice.

Sally has undertaken extensive training across these challenging fields of physiotherapy and is driven by a genuine desire to contribute to the lives of others. Empathy, professionalism and respect are central to her practice, and Sally is passionate about providing an excellent, evidence-based service to her patients.

Our physiotherapists manage Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy health issues including

Acting as part of a multi-disciplinary team, our physiotherapists provide assessment and management for a number of conditions specific to women, including:

Urinary incontinence
Pelvic organ prolapse
Faecal/flatal incontinence
Constipation
Genito-pelvic pain penetration disorder (pain during intercourse or inability of have intercourse due to pain)
Vaginal flatus
Persistent pelvic pain/low back pain

We offer services to women during pregnancy and the postnatal period

Our services include:
Antenatal and postnatal pelvic floor assessment and education, with the view to optimizing recovery postnatally
Assessment and treatment for women who have sustained obstetric tears
Postnatal pelvic floor assessment for women wishing to return to exercise/high level sports*

We offer men with common pelvic floor conditions including the following:
Post-prostatectomy incontinence
