Description

Ayurvedic/ Life-Style Consultation:

Consultation is for everyone who is either healthy and want to keep their health vibrant for whole life or if there is any health issues and want to solve them naturally without any side-effects to the body and mind.
It involves determining your body type (nature of your body/body constitution), and what the current state of balance or imbalance in the body constitutions (doshas) is. If you do not have any imbalances or health problems, you will find-out special diet/life-style, exercises according to the nature of your body and mind which is unique for you as everyone is different. Once you adopt the best food/eating practice, daily/seasonal routine and best exercises according your need, you will have less chance of getting any health problems and your health will remain vibrant for your whole life.
If you are having any particular health problems, it is important to find out the underlying causes. Therefore, you may be asked to provide the history of your present and past illnesses, treatment history, family history, occupational history, personal history (diet, lifestyle and habits) etc. To asses your state of health, different diagnostic techniques such as Pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, eye diagnosis, face, lips and nails examination will be used. Based on the findings you will be given a particular holistic natural regimen to follow, which may involve simple dietary changes, Yoga/exercises, breathing techniques, Ayurvedic herbal remedies, and other self care practices. If necessary, some sorts of detoxification programs will be advised. For example, Ayurvedic Therapeutic Massage, Sirodhara or Panchakarma, followed by a program for rebuilding the body’s strength and immunity.
