Michael Beck, Victurf’s Director/Owner, is a qualified turf manager with over thirty years experience. Michael’s turf management four year apprenticeship was undertaken at Moonee Valley Racecourse.
After qualifying, he was employed by Box Hill Bowls Club, until he commenced his own turf management company. Michael was engaged in 1992 by The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Wimbledon, UK to prepare the championship courts and croquet lawns. All employees are qualified turf managers and wear a Company uniform. Victurf has an OH&S Manual and a Quality Manual.
