John Virtue Valuers was established as a sole practice by John Virtue in 1973 and has experienced significant growth since that time. The business was owned by John Virtue and Grant Phillips up until June, 2005 when John Virtue retired. Grant Phillips is now the sole Director. Our Practice enjoys the privilege of membership to a number of lending panels.
We are often approached to undertake ‘check’ valuations and provide advice in relation to a variety of matters. The practice is centrally based at Parramatta and confines its valuation work substantially to the Sydney Metropolitan Area, travelling as far afield as Wollondilly Shire (to the south west) and the Blue Mountains (to the west). We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in the sum of $5, 000, 000 which is renewed annually.
We have an unblemished record. Copies of our Certificate of Currency are available on request to Del Stramandinoli .
