No one will expect you to go beyond your personal boundaries. Classes run strict to time - 1 hour per class. Book your mat space here online - or text message 0423977083 Wear stretchy comfortable clothes and easy to remove shoes, check in with your medical professional. We sign in to class so (if needed) bring you reading glasses for sign in. Get to class 10 minutes early, I provide mats and props, you are welcome to bring your own as well
