We are a family run business Sarah & Travis have 4 kids. They started out with running their Building Inspection business from home in Bomaderry & with Sarah in the office handling the admin, accounts & publicity & Travis out on the road doing the inspections.

Since they have started out they have grown to have more inspectors & more locations such as the Sutherland Shire, Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, Eurobodalla & looking to grow further. Our inspections generally take 3 to 4 hours for an average house going over the property with a fine tooth comb documenting the smallest defect so you know every defect when buying your property with no surprises.

Travis started his 4 year apprenticeship in 1994 and he has been in the building industry for over 22 years. Sarah & Travis are still in the industry with East Coast Carpentry working alongside clients such as Professionals, Raine & Horne, First National, Just Rentals, Roads & Maritime Services this has lead them down t
